This program is great!!  I love being able to check off my food exchanges on my Palm Pilot.  You can easily see at-a-glance where you are for that day.  I like the Doctor's order feature -- then I can adjust the exchanges to suit my diet plan (my plan needs to have less starches than some of the calorie plans) -- this worked great for me, you can see the calorie count as you make your adjustments.  Another wonderful feature is the food list -- make your choice and it can automatically input the correct exchanges, saves time.  I feel this program has helped me to stay on my diet -- I have everything I need right in my hand (except the food!!!).
